Mouser Electronics, Inc., the industry’s leading New Product Introduction (NPI) distributor with the widest selection of semiconductors and electronic components, is now offering the AD4021 and AD4022 differential successive-approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) from Analog Devices, Inc. Pin-compatible with AD4020 SAR ADC, the 20-bit AD4021 and AD4022 ADCs help engineers accurately capture high-frequency signals and implement oversampling techniques to alleviate the challenges associated with anti-alias filter designs.
The Analog Devices AD4021 and AD4022, available from Mouser Electronics, are high-accuracy, high-speed, low-power ADCs with Easy Drive features that reduce both signal chain complexity and power consumption while enabling higher channel density. The SPI-compatible serial user interface is compatible with 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3 V, and 5 V logic by using the separate VIO logic supply. The reduced input current, down to 0.5 uA/MSPS, coupled with a long signal acquisition phase, eliminates the need for a dedicated ADC driver in many use cases.
The AD4021 and AD4022 ADCs are ideal for applications such as automatic test equipment, machine automation, medical equipment, and instrumentation and control systems.
