At MES Expo, Mitsubishi Electric Europe is presenting innovative solutions for the future of mobility – ranging from the latest train technology to groundbreaking vehicle components with a focus on safety, reliability, comfort and sustainability. ”With MES Expo, Messe Berlin is participating in one of the most dynamically intensifying discussions of our times – mobility“, said Andreas Wagner, president of the German branch offices of Mitsubishi Electric Europe. ”As one of the world’s leading companies building and selling electric and electronic products and systems for a wide range of markets and applications, Mitsubishi Electric is heavily involved in this field. MES provides an outstanding platform for talks with representatives of the various different sectors.”
According to Lisa Höfer, the project manager at Messe Berlin, as a show with a focus on multiple modes of transport, MES Expo particularly benefits companies supplying various transport markets. “As the digital transformation progresses, a dialogue in the electronics suppliers industry involving all modes of transport is becoming increasingly important, be it on electro-mobility, driverless vehicles or connectivity in the cars of the future. Where electrification is concerned for instance, automotive companies can learn from the experiences of the rail transport industry.”
MES Expo, which is taking place from 5 to 7 November on the Berlin Exhibition Grounds for the first time, will provide the corresponding platform for this dialogue. The industrial fair is augmented by a programme of specialist events that will feature up-to-the-minute topics including electro-mobility and all aspects of digitisation. At the Dialogue Forums participants including the German Transport Forum will discuss the future of mobility. Speakers’ Corner will feature compact, high-level discussions involving experts, while the Networking Area will give trade visitors an opportunity to meet and exchange views.
