Intelenet Global Services has been awarded ‘The IDC Insights Award 2016’ for Operational Excellence in the Technology, Media & Telecommunication (TMT) industry. Intelenet Global Services’ was rewarded for using ‘Robotics Process Automation’ as a tool which could be deployed across multiple systems and sites. Intelenet® Global Services’ were able to enhance the employee process experience, by using a single screen interface to help the client cater to customer requests more efficiently and reduce the APT by 7 per cent.

The winners were announced at the ‘The IDC Insights Awards 2016’ ceremony on 8th & 9th December 2016 at Hyatt Regency, Pune. The Award ceremony was attended by delegates across India, all competing for recognition in leveraging technology to demonstrate Excellence in Omni-Experience, Operations & Revenue Generation. The categories were measured by IDC’s Global Jury based on a criteria that looked at responsiveness to market needs, effectiveness of rollout and market sustainability.
