The serializer is compliant with the MIPI CSI-2 interface for video data, offering a bandwidth over 2.5 Gbits per second. The device supports autonomous driving and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) through advanced diagnostic and data-protection features, including CRC data protection, sensor data integrity check, I2C write protection, voltage and temperature measurement, programmable alarm, and line fault detection.
The DS90UB935-Q1 serializer features a wide operating temperature range of negative 40 to 105 degrees Celsius and is available in a compact 5 mm × 5 mm VQFN package. When combined with a companion deserializer such as the TI DS90UB936-Q1, the DS90UB935-Q1 delivers precise multi-camera sensor clock and sensor synchronization. The DS90UB935-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications and include HBM ESD Classification Level 3A and CDM ESD Classification Level C6.
