Allegro MicroSystems announced that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Allegro has applied to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “ALGM.”
Barclays, Credit Suisse, and Wells Fargo Securities will serve as joint lead book-running managers for the proposed offering. Jefferies, Mizuho Securities, Needham & Company and SMBC Nikko will also act as book-running managers for the proposed offering.
